Instructions to send the results in the new format in -Result Sheet

Key Changes and Requirements

Results of MEO Class I examination should now be forwarded in the attached new format.

Candidates Exempted: Results of exempted candidates should also be forwarded in the same format.
Previous Exemptions: All previous exemptions granted in the last 3 years should be forwarded in this format at the earliest.

The results should be submitted to this office in duplicate and also by e-mail.

First Copy: With marks, 'Exempt', 'PP' and 'N.A.'
Second Copy: With 'PASS', 'Fail', 'Exempt' & 'N.A.'
Submission: Forms should be duly signed by the Examiner of Engineers and submitted along with EXN-37BC as required.
