Key Changes and Requirements
1. Extension of CDC Replacement Period
The deadline for applying to replace CDCs issued under M.S. (CDC) Rules, 1960, has been extended by one year.
- New Deadline: One year from Aug 25, 2004
- Application: Shipping Master, Mumbai/Chennai/Kolkata
- Conditions: Same as M.S. Notice No.23 of 2003

Important Note
No further extension requests will be entertained after the new deadline.
