Key Changes and Requirements
1. Examination Paper Instructions
Convey total candidature one month in advance. Use old pattern for MEO 1989 Rules, new pattern for MEO 1998 Rules theoretical papers.
- Missing data: Instruct candidates to assume data and note it on their answer sheet.
- Erroneous data: Invigilator can rectify or suggest remedial data.
- Wrongly marked questions: Examiner can award marks at their discretion.
- Short question papers: Make Xerox copies and compensate time. Inform Directorate if short.
- Question paper handling: Open packets 5 minutes before exam. Store securely.
II/4 Adhere to quality manual procedures. Record deviations.
