Key Changes and Requirements

The first paragraph of the International Sewage Pollution Prevention Certificate has been corrected. The new text reads:

Issued under: the provisions of the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from ships, 1973, as modified by the Protocol of 1978 relating thereto, and amended by Resolution MEPC 88(44) under the authority of the Government of India

Note: The amended first page of the International Sewage Pollution Prevention Certificate is enclosed for reference and necessary compliance.
