1. Mandatory Training and Revalidation — STCW 78 (2010 Manila amendments)
Master and Deck Officers holding Notarial Grades must revalidate their certificates by completing a training program.
- Training Period: 1st April 2023 to 31st March 2024
- Application Deadline: 31st January 2024
- Training Provider: CMMI (www.cmmi.co.in)
II/4 Certificate of Proficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue Boats other than Fast Rescue Boats
2. Application Process
Applicants must apply online through the DGS website (dgshipping.gov.in) and submit required documents.
