Mandatory Power Point Presentation before the MLC Compliance Board & its modalities-reg.
Key Changes and Requirements
1. Presentation Opportunities and Absences
RPSL applicant companies/entities are given a maximum of three opportunities to present before the MLC Compliance Board. Each unauthorized absence will be counted as one opportunity.
2. Presentation Requirements
Presentations must be made through a secured virtual platform notified by the Directorate, by the top management of the applicant company/entity. All relevant officials and marine personnel must be present.
- Topics: Revocation of RPSL suspension, restoration of online privileges, or other compliance-related matters
- Content: Aspects mentioned in para 6 of DGS Order No.9 of 2025, corrective and preventative actions
3. Consequences of Unsatisfactory Presentations

Any fresh request on the same subject will be treated as a new application and considered only upon submission of complete compliance and supporting documents.
