Key Changes and Requirements
1. Compliance Timeline
MODUs must comply with MODU Code 1989 or above within 2 years from the issuance of this order.
- Existing MODUs: Upgrade to MODU Code 1989 or above within 2 years.
- New MODUs: Comply with MODU Code 1989 or 2009, depending on the year of construction/modification.
2. Progressive Implementation
MODUs must follow the progressive implementation plan as per Table 1.
