Key Changes and Requirements
1. CDC Surrender and Return
Seafarers of Indian Origin holding OCI/foreign citizenship and Indian CDC are directed to surrender their CDC to the jurisdictional Shipping Master, Govt. Shipping Office.
- CDC Return: After cancellation, the CDC booklet will be returned to the bearer with due endorsements. Sea service records will be kept in the DGS Online System for future reference.
