Key Changes and Requirements
1. Changes to Three-Tier Training
Eleven STCW courses previously completed on one or two tiers will now require all three tiers to obtain a Course Completion Certificate or Certificate of Proficiency.
- Courses affected: List of courses
- New requirements: E-Learning, Virtual Classes, Practical's at MTI, and EXIT Exam
II/4 Refresher & Updating Training (Upgradation Course) for Deck Officers Operational Level
Important Note
All students enrolling in these courses via batch uploaded on or after 14th June 2021 must complete all three tiers to receive the Course Completion Certificate/Certificate of Proficiency.
