Key Changes and Requirements
1. Application Process
Shipping Companies/RPS Agencies can apply for seafarers' priority vaccination certificates.
- Login: Use provided User ID and Password on DGS website
- Apply: Go to 'Sign on Certificate for Vaccination at dedicated Hospital' and click 'Submit Application'. Enter INDoS No. and submit
- Review: View submitted applications, certificates, and generate reports via 'View Application Status' link
2. Seafarer Access
Seafarers can view submitted details and print their certificates.
- Login: Use provided User ID and Password on DGS website
- Access: Go to 'Sign on Certificate for Vaccination at dedicated Hospital' and click 'View Application and Certificate'. Print using Certificate No.
