Key Changes and Requirements
1. Extension of RPSL Validity
The validity of Recruitment and Placement of Seafarers License (RPSL) expiring between 23.03.2020 to 30.06.2020 is extended up to 31.07.2020.
- Purpose: To undertake Annual/Renewal Inspection of RPSL.
Note: This extension is due to the prevailing extraordinary circumstances of the worldwide spread of COVID-19 and the country-wide lockdown.
