Key Changes and Requirements
1. Digital Signature Requirements
MTIs must obtain a Class II Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) for their Principal and Course In-charge.
- Procurement: MTIs must procure these DSCs and complete KYC using the PAN enrollment option.
- Machine Specifications: Any standard Windows Desktop or Laptop with sufficient resolution, integrated web camera (2 megapixels), and audio microphone.
- DSC Token Specifications: Gemalto SCSED PKI Token (USB device, ID Bridge K30) with Two-Factor Authentication.
2. Digital Certification Application
MTIs must download and install the Digital Certification Application from https://digital.dgshipping.gov.in.
- Installation: Follow the instructions provided by the vendor and verify the installation with the USB token supplier.
- Support: Email dcasupport@aridigital.com for support-related queries.
Important Note
MTIs must ensure that the mobile number used for obtaining the PAN is the same as the one used for the DSC.
