Key Changes and Requirements
1. Withdrawal of Previous Circular
The Ministry of Shipping has withdrawn its Notification No. 2 of Make in India dated 13.02.2019. Consequently, the Directorate's SD Circular 02 of 2019 is also withdrawn with immediate effect.
Note: This circular supersedes the SD Circular 02 of 2019.
Important Note
All stakeholders are advised to comply with the latest guidelines and ensure they are not following the withdrawn circular.
