Key Changes and Requirements
1. Update Candidate Details
MTIs must ensure candidates update their photograph, name, and signature in INDOS before enrolling for e-learning, virtual classes, or exit examinations.
- MTIs: Verify candidate credentials with passport and CDC copies if needed.
- Candidates: Update INDOS profile using this URL.
2. Request Changes
If changes are required, MTIs must send requests to ttc-dgs@nic.in.
- Photograph: Send copy of new photo, screenshot of unmatched face profile, and passport copy.
- Signature: Send new signature in JPG format and passport copy.
- Name: Follow Training Circular No. 08 of 2019 or INDOS Circular No. 2 of 2018.
Important Note
Any change requests received after batch upload will not be entertained. Non-compliance may result in strict action, including withdrawal of approval.
