Key Changes and Requirements
1. Online Profile Updation — RPSL e-governance module
All existing RPSL companies are required to complete and update their online profile within 7 working days from the date of publication of this circular.
- Non-compliance: Withdrawal of privileges in e-governance RPSL module/E-migrate module. However, responsibility for repatriation of seafarers remains with the RPSL companies.
