Swachhata Pakhwada Campaign

1. Campaign Activities

The following activities are to be carried out during the campaign:

  • Office Premises: Cleaning, repairing, and maintaining office premises and outside areas.
  • Awareness Drive: Organizing awareness campaigns amongst employees to ensure regular cleanliness.
  • Special Pest Control: Undertaking a special pest control drive in the entire office space.
  • Disposal: Disposal of unused articles, furniture, equipments, e-waste, and old files/records.

2. Employee Participation

All employees are requested to:

  • Ensure: Regular cleanliness in their divisions and at their residential areas.
  • Give: Shramdan at their workplaces and residential areas.
  • Action Required: Submit Action Taken Report to the Directorate by 05.10.2019
Important Note

All employees are responsible citizens of India and should actively participate in the Swachhata Pakhwada campaign.
