Key Changes and Requirements
1. Uniform Terminology for Limitations Column
The terminology for the 'Limitations Applying (If Any)' column on pages 3 and 4 of the Certificate of Competency (COC) has been standardized.
- For MEO Certificates: Motor ships Only, or Steam ships Only, or Motor and Steam ships only
- For NCV Certificates: Motor ships upto 3000 KW on NCV, Steam ships upto 3000 KW on NCV, Motor and Steam ships upto 3000 KW on NCV
