Key Changes and Requirements

1. Online Timetable Submission

MTIs are directed to submit a monthly timetable for planned maritime courses using the online module on the DGS website.

  • Procedure: Follow the steps outlined in the circular to prepare, edit, or view the monthly timetable.
  • Deadline: Latest by the last Friday of the month for the next month's timetable. E.g., April's timetable should be submitted by the last Friday of March.
Important Note

Failure to submit the timetable may result in disciplinary action, including denial of access to the e-governance portal for uploading batch details.
