Key Changes and Requirements
1. Blacklisted Companies & Vessels
The following companies and vessels are blacklisted due to non-payment of seafarers' wages and basic provisions:
- Vessel Name - Recruiting Agency
- ENJAZ 1 - Shah Al Arab Marine Agency
- ENJAZ 2 - Shah Al Arab Marine Agency
- M.T. Dharma - Alco Shipping Services LLC
- M.V. Azab - Alco Shipping Services LLC
- M.T. Ocean Prestige - Alco Shipping Services LLC
- M.T. Ocean Prestige - Alco Shipping Services LLC
- Ocean Grace - Alco Shipping Services LLC
- AJWA - Alco Shipping Services LLC
2. Immediate Actions Required
Registered RPSLs are directed to:
- Withdraw Indian seafarers from the above vessels.
- Repatriate them immediately.
- Avoid recruiting and placing seafarers on the above vessels/agencies.
Immigration authorities are requested not to give immigration clearance to the seafarers for boarding the above vessels.

This circular is issued with the approval of the competent authority.
