Key Changes and Requirements
1. Revalidation of Certificate of Endorsement
Revalidation of Certificate of Endorsement under STCW Reg. II/10 can now be carried out by Principal Officers of MMDs.
- Action: Confirm the applicant meets all prescribed requirements as per DGS Order No. 1 of 2012 and maintain records for 7 years.
2. Issuance of Certificates
The issuance of Certificates of Endorsement to first time applicants will continue to be carried out by the Directorate.
