Trouble description: Unstable Fresh water Generator salinity

Chemical cleaning was carried out on the plate type FWG. The ship is loaded condition now and after starting the fresh water generator the shell temp is high and salinity is fluctuating.

Feed orifice is as per manual for back pressure

Feed valve was not adjusted during cleaning, it is the same as before

Where does the problem lie?

Present status: Shell temperature high and salinity fluctuating
