JERA deepens Australian LNG foothold with larger stake in Chevron’s project

JERA, a Japanese joint venture, has increased its stake in Chevron's Gorgon LNG project in Australia to 50.1% by acquiring shares from Japan Oil, Gas and Metals National Corporation (JOGMEC). This move strengthens JERA's position in the Australian LNG market.
