NIA court declares Rajouri man ‘proclaimed offender’; orders encounter-site phone data be sealed

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) court in Jammu has declared a Rajouri resident as a 'proclaimed offender' in a terror funding case. The court has also ordered that data from phones found at the encounter site should be sealed.
