Chouest Group acquires Canada’s Horizon Maritime

US offshore services giant Chouest Group has acquired Canadian marine and offshore services provider Horizon Maritime, expanding its presence across Canada’s east and west coasts and into the Arctic. The Louisiana-based group has partnered with Horizon Maritime’s founders to acquire the St. John’s-headquartered company from CFFI and its lender HPS.
