Los Angeles, Long Beach Ports Identify LNG and Methanol as Leading Alternative Marine Fuels

The ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach have identified liquefied natural gas (LNG) and methanol as the most viable alternative marine fuels for the near and medium term.

This decision is part of their Clean Air Action Plan to reduce emissions from ships and trucks.
