Key Changes and Requirements
1. Update MTI Profile on e-governance System
All Maritime Training Institutes (MTIs) are directed to update their profiles on the DGS e-governance system by 1st February, 2018.
- Steps: Go to DGS website, login, and update profile details under "Profile New".
- Details to update: Institute Details, Approved Course Details, Faculty Details, Upload Documents, and Authorised Signatory.
- Consequences of non-compliance: MTIs unable to upload batch details and approvals suspended until profile is uploaded and verified.
