Key Changes and Requirements
1. Dispensation for MV Jag Prabha
M/s. Great Eastern Shipping Company Ltd. is allowed to replace Indian crew on board MV Jag Prabha with non-Indian crew on a one-time basis.
- Validity: Non-Indian crew can remain on board till the ship is in Yemeni waters.
- Replacement: Indian crew must replace the non-Indian crew once the ship sails out of Yemeni waters.
2. Dispensation for MV Jag Radha
M/s. Great Eastern Shipping Company Ltd. is allowed to replace Indian crew on board MV Jag Radha with non-Indian crew on a one-time basis.
- Validity: Non-Indian crew can remain on board till the ship is in Yemeni waters.
- Replacement: Indian crew must replace the non-Indian crew once the ship sails out of Yemeni waters.
Important Note
These dispensations have no precedential value and are granted purely on a one-time basis.
