Key Changes and Requirements
1. Extension of Validity
The validity of NT/ENG Circular No.2 of 2014 has been extended till 31 December 2016.
2. Eligible Foreign COCs
Indian citizens holding COC from Australia, Ireland, Singapore, and New Zealand are eligible for an Indian Certificate of Endorsement of Recognition (COE).
II/4 Certificate of Competency
Important Note
This circular supersedes all previous circulars on the subject and will be in force till 31 December 2016.
