1. Cancellation and Regeneration of eMigrate Reference Numbers
Due to a technical issue, some Form 1 and Article of Agreement (AoA) documents generated on 08.08.2025 have incorrect (old) dates. If seafarers have not yet traveled, these documents must be cancelled and regenerated with the correct date.
- Action: Cancel and regenerate affected Form 1 and AoA documents with the correct date.
- Affected Documents: Form 1 and AoA documents generated on 08.08.2025 with incorrect dates.
- Affected Seafarers: Those who have not yet traveled.
