Key Changes and Requirements
1. Amendment to Sub Para (iii) of Paragraph 4 — Right of First Refusal
The existing rule regarding the "right of first refusal" for Indian flag dredgers has been deleted.
Note: This amendment does not introduce a new rule; it removes the existing one.
