Key Changes and Requirements
1. Admission Criteria Changes
The Directorate General of Shipping has amended the admission criteria for the Pre-sea Electro-Technical Officers course.
- New Admission Criteria: Candidates who completed their Diploma after 10th standard and were admitted to a B.E./B.Tech degree course as a lateral entry are now eligible, provided they have secured the degree in the relevant disciplines and fulfilled other eligibility norms and medical fitness requirements.
