Key Changes and Requirements
1. Revised Sea-going Service and Eligibility Criteria
The following courses now require less sea-going service for Fishing Grade CoC aspirants:
- ROSC: 6 months for B.F.Sc (NS), 9 months for VNC
- ARPA: ROSC certificate holders are eligible
- RANSCO: ROSC and ARPA certificate holders are eligible
- GMDSS: "EXN 45" Form endorsement is recognized as a certificate for eligibility
II/4 Global Maritime Distress and Safety Systems (GMDSS) Course
