Key Changes and Requirements
1. Extension of Additional Batches Approval
The approval for two additional batches per week of 'Ship Security Officer’s (SSO) Courses' has been extended.
- Validity: 06.04.2014 to 28.06.2014
- Intake Capacity: Limited to approved intake per batch of SSO Course
II/4 STCW Regulation VI/6 of STCW,78 Convention, as amended in 2010
Important Note
This extension aims to facilitate seafarers yet to attend security training.
