Key Changes and Requirements
1. Changes to Online Application Form
The provision for indicating the 'address to receive the CDC by post' in the online application form has been deleted.
2. Dispatch of CDCs
All CDCs in individual categories will now be dispatched only to the 'permanent addresses' of the applicant seafarers by speed post with acknowledgement due.
Note: All other terms and conditions of the preceding DGS Order No. 20 of 2013 remain unchanged.
Important Note
All Shipping Masters and relevant authorities are to process and issue individual category CDCs following these procedures with immediate effect until further orders.
