Key Changes and Requirements
1. Lease Deed / Leave and License Agreement Submission
MTIs should submit the registered Lease Deed or Leave and License agreement for a period of 3 years, with a provision for renewal for a further period of 3 years.
- Exceptions: In states where registration procedure does not allow for extension beyond 5 years, MTIs can register as per state rules and submit a written confirmation to the Directorate.
