Key Changes and Requirements
1. Age Dispensation Clarification
Clarification on age dispensation for MEO Class I Chief Engineers above 65 years but below 70 serving in Fire Fighting Appliances Service Station.
- Eligibility: Below 70 years, fit to carry out the job, verified by MMD surveyor.
- Alternate Criteria: 2 years experience as surveyor, technical superintendent, or shore-based FFA servicing.
II/4 Competent Person in FFA Service Station
- Qualification: MEO Class I (Motor)
- Experience: 2 years as surveyor, technical superintendent, or shore-based FFA servicing
