A Yoga session has been organized at Marine House premises on 21/06/2025 between 0830 hrs. to 0930 hrs. to celebrate International Yoga Day.

- Time: 0830 hrs. to 0930 hrs.
2. Dress Code
Participants are urged to obey the dress code, i.e., comfortable white dress.
3. Objective
The objective of this exercise is to make participants aware of the benefits of Yoga and inspire them to continue practicing Yoga beyond the Yoga Day.
Important Note
Participation in the Yoga session is voluntary but encouraged to promote a healthy lifestyle.
