Key Changes and Requirements
1. Course Withdrawal and Abolition
The pre-sea courses "Pre-sea Training for Personnel to man Dredger Vessels, Tugs, Offshore Support Vessels, etc on Near Coastal Voyages[NCV] - Deck & Engine" have been withdrawn and abolished with immediate effect.
2. Action Required for MTIs
Maritime Training Institutes are advised not to proceed with the admission and conduct of the withdrawn course with the next batch. Treat the course as suspended and withdrawn.
