Key Changes and Requirements
1. Uniformity in Processing Applications
The format for DMLC Part I shall contain the government logo on the top. The format for DMLC Part II is standardized, and shipowners are advised to submit it in the enclosed format only.
2. Clarifications on Crew Accommodation Standards
- Existing Vessels: Shall comply with M.S.(Accommodation) Rules 1960 as amended, except where specific exemptions are granted.
- New Vessels: Shall comply with the accommodation code as per Title 3 of MLC 2006.

Important Note
All other terms and conditions of the said MS Notice No. 7 & 11 of 2013 remain unchanged.
