New guidelines issued for initial, renewal, and revised licenses for RPS providers and approved MTIs.
- Initial Licenses: Annexure I & IA
- Renewal Licenses: Annexure II & IIA
- Revised Licenses: Annexure III & IIIA
- MTI Licenses: Annexure IV
2. Document Checklists
Each annexure includes a detailed checklist of required documents, including application forms, fees, bank guarantees, and agreements.
Note: All applications must be submitted with the prescribed fee and valid bank guarantee.

Applications not submitted correctly and completely will be summarily rejected.
