Key Changes and Requirements
1. Sea Service Calculation
Sea service on vessels below 750 KW will be considered at half rate towards qualifying sea service.
2. Service on Foreign Flag Vessels
Sea service on foreign flag vessels will be scrutinized in the same manner as it is for candidates appearing for MEO(FG) exams.
