M. S. Notice 09 of 2012 - Administrative fees to be remitted to the Government of India for various statutory functions as delegated to and being performed by the Recognized Organization

Key Changes and Requirements

Recognized Organizations (ROs) are required to remit administrative fees to the Government of India for various statutory functions.

Full Term Statutory Certificate Fee: Rs. 5000/- per certificate issued for initial, renewal, or periodical surveys.
Approval/Modification Fee: Rs. 2500/- for any approval, extension, remission, endorsement, or change/modification on plans, manuals, or record books.

Note: These fees are subject to periodic review.
