Key Changes and Requirements

1. Revised Application Forms and Guidelines

The application forms for fresh Continuous Discharge Certificates (CDCs) and their renewal/duplicate/replacement have been revised. The new forms and guidelines are effective immediately.

Revised Forms: Form A and Form B
Guidelines: Issuance of fresh CDCs and renewal/duplicate/replacement

2. Online Registration and Profile Update

All seafarers with INDOS numbers are required to register on the DGS website and update their profiles within one month. This includes details of training courses, COC courses, and sea experience.

Failure to update your profile may result in delays or rejection of your CDC application.
