Key Changes and Requirements
1. Issuance of Soft Cover Certificate
From now, when issuing a soft cover certificate, the old hard cover certificate should not be collected and destroyed. Instead, it should be cancelled and returned to the candidate.
- Action: Cancel the old hard cover certificate and return it to the candidate.
- Additional Step: Forward a list of cancelled COCs to the Exam Cell of the Directorate for record updating.
