Key Changes and Requirements
1. Special Consideration for Electrical Officer Trainees
Candidates enrolled in Electrical Officer courses before 31.05.11 and completing after, with job offers, can apply for CDCs under certain conditions.
- Conditions:
- Institutions must prove course start date before 31.05.11 and completion after.
- Institutions must submit student details, dates of birth, INDOS No., and employment agreements.
- Applications must be endorsed and submitted to Shipping Master, Mumbai.
- Institutions must report candidate sign-on details within 3 months of CDC issuance.
Note: Applications not following these conditions will be rejected.
