Key Changes and Requirements
1. Changes to Registration Form
The Annex II of the registration form (FORM No. DGS/BUNKER SUPPLIER REGISTRATION-01) has been amended to address issues faced by unregistered companies and 'Partnership Firms' or 'Limited Liability Firms'.

Important Note
All other guidelines as per Eng Circular 45 and the amendments to the Guidelines for registration as Bunker Suppliers as per MARPOL Annex VI 73/78 remain unchanged.
