Key Changes and Requirements
1. Amendment to Annex II
The Annex II of the applicable guidelines, FORM No. DGS/BUNKER SUPPLIER REGISTRATION-01, has been amended to address problems faced by bunker suppliers, especially those not registered with the Registrar of Companies.

2. No Other Changes
All other guidelines as per Eng Circular 45 and the amendments to the Guidelines for registration as Bunker Suppliers as per MARPOL Annex VI 73/78 remain unchanged.
