1. Course Syllabus Revision
The syllabus for the Second Mates (FG) course has been revised in accordance with the 2010 amendments to STCW 78.
- Revised by: DGS in consultation with training institutes and employers
- Implementation: From 15.12.2010 onwards
2. Compliance Obligations
Training institutes are expected to follow the revised guidelines in letter and spirit.
