Key Changes and Requirements
1. Renewal Application Timeline
RPS providers must submit renewal applications for their licenses at least 3 months before expiry.
- Late applications: May result in license expiry and discontinuity in RPS activities.
2. Late Fee for Renewal Applications
Late renewal applications will incur the following fees:
- First month: Rs. 50,000/- per month or part thereof
- Second month: Rs. 1,00,000/- per month or part thereof
- Third month: Rs. 3,00,000/- per month or part thereof
- Subsequent periods: Rs. 1,00,000/- per week
Important Note
RPS providers are advised to submit renewal applications well before the expiry date to avoid late fees and license discontinuity.
