Key Changes and Requirements

1. Online Application Process

Applicants must submit their application online with complete details, including relevant certificates.

  • Declaration: Applicants must certify that all information is true and correct, acknowledging the consequences of any error or misrepresentation.

2. Required Documents

  • Proof of Payment: DD / NEFT / RTGS No. and date with a signed printout of the online application.
  • Relevant Certificates: Copies of appropriate certificates and documentations required for the vessel.
  • Authority Letter: From ship owners/charterers if the work is done through an agent.
Important Note

Incomplete applications will be rejected.
